Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us immediately by providing a clear photo of the damage as soon as your item arrives. You are eligible for either a replacement or a refund. To initiate the return process, your item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will promptly inspect it. Subsequently, you will receive an email notification confirming that we have received your return. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

Refund Processing

If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process. Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment or credit card, and you can expect it to be processed within 10 days.

Please email beth@woodandwhimsycreations.com for return instructions. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
